Resource Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Coordinator to join our team. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple internal teams in a busy deadline-driven environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working closely and cross-functionally with multiple teams the Resource Coordinator plays a pivotal role in helping to streamline internal business operations.
• This position requires a general technical background, business knowledge, and time management skills.
• The ability to manipulate data within reporting tools is required.
• This person needs to possess excellent people skills and will routinely interact with others across the organization.
• Collaborates across different teams on project assignments and problem-solves to resolve conflicts.
• Actively engages in pre-delivery resourcing activities to confirm resources based on skillset and availability.
• The Resource Coordinator should be driven to improve processes, the work is varied and requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and have a problem-solving mindset.
• Accomplishes business objectives by improving, maintaining, and enforcing resourcing processes and procedures.
• Actively participating in team and department meetings.
• Documentation of operational processes to enhance internal communication and training

Minimum Qualifications:

• Available to work the night shift.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Aptitude to learn new technology and business operations software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude
• Experience with Netsuite and OpenAir is a plus
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently in meeting deadlines
