About the role

We are seeking an experienced Resource Coordinator to be part of the Core Modernisation Program PMO team.

  • End-to-end contingent workforce coordination and administration.

  • Resource onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and lifecycle management.

  • Workforce compliance, governance, and audit readiness.

  • Workforce data integrity, reporting, and resource tracking.

  • Stakeholder management across delivery, procurement, finance, vendors, and external partners.

  • Ownership of workforce operational artefacts, including organisational charts, distribution lists, and workforce documentation.

  • Proactive tracking, follow up, and escalation of workforce related actions, risks, and issues.

  • Confidential management of resourcing, commercial and organisational information, exercising sound judgement regarding escalation, communication and stakeholder visibility.

About you

Experience coordinating resource management, project coordination, or operational functions in a complex corporate or government environment.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to take end to end ownership of actions and outcomes, proactively following through to completion with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professional judgement, discretion and integrity.

  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process compliance.

  • Experience maintaining workforce records, reporting, and operational governance processes.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functions.

  • Ability to proactively drive actions, resolve issues, and escalate risks where required.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capability, with experience managing resource tracking tools.
