About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Resource Coordinator Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding how resource planning works in a dynamic software development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking and managing resource allocation across multiple projects
- Maintain and update resource allocation sheets on a regular basis
- Monitor bench resources and maintain visibility on their skill sets and availability
- Support the team in identifying skill gaps and potential reassignments
- Help in preparing weekly or bi-weekly resource utilization reports
- Coordinate with team leads and project managers to gather and validate allocation data
- Organize and maintain a skills matrix for all tech resources
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, or Monday.com to assist in tracking resource allocations and project statuses
Requirements
- Completed a degree in Computer Science or Project Management
- Strong grip on Excel/Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with project tracking or resource management tools is a plus
- Comfortable working with deadlines and quick turnarounds
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports and draw basic insights
