Own end-to-end development of scalable, secure applications using .NET on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend. Design APIs, build features, resolve bugs, improve performance, and optimize solutions for Azure. Collaborate with architects, QA, project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams. Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, Agile planning, and AI-assisted development while validating generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable automated testing frameworks across UI, API, backend, integration, regression, and end-to-end layers. Integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines, performs root-cause analysis, supports performance and reliability testing, and mentors junior QA engineers. The role also drives AI-assisted testing, prompt engineering, intelligent test generation, failure triage, and agentic QA workflows while collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.

Provides technical leadership for .NET development projects by designing scalable software architectures, resolving complex technical challenges, reviewing estimates, and making technology decisions. Integrates AI and Python solutions, leads Azure cloud architecture, microservices, security, CI/CD, and full software development lifecycles. Establishes development standards, conducts architecture reviews, mentors engineers, evaluates trade-offs, and collaborates with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
