We have a fantastic opportunity for a Resource Controller to join our Capital Works team here at Bromford Flagship Livewest.
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Resource Controller to join our Capital Works team. In this role, you’ll play an invaluable role in coordinating multiple trades and ensuring the smooth delivery of planned works, helping us meet key performance targets while delivering an outstanding service to our customers.
Working closely with the Capital Works Manager and Lead Operative, you’ll ensure that resources are planned and deployed effectively, maximising productivity and minimising downtime.
Location: Dereham
Hours: 40 hpw
Contract: Fixed Term Secondment - 9-12 months
What You'll Be DoingCoordinate and schedule day-to-day activities of Capital Works operatives
Manage multiple trades to meet KPIs and service delivery targets
Plan works in line with demand and operational priorities
Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support delivery
Use digital scheduling systems and IT tools to manage workloads
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will:
Experience in resource planning, scheduling, or coordination
Be comfortable managing workloads for teams with varying shift patterns
Effective communication with strong listening skills
Be confident making decisions and solving problems under pressure
Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements
