As the Resource Support, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing non-maintenance activities for Production and Support staff, helping to maintain resource integrity across the Brisbane Base Maintenance facility. This desk-based position involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, providing high-level administrative support and forward planning to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
You’ll have –
- Minimum 6 months experience in a central administrative position
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel for spreadsheeting, and confidence using company-approved systems including the intranet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders
- A genuine eagerness to contribute in a desk-based role, with a proactive and positive approach to administrative work
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, both internally and externally
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict time constraints
- Experience with Qantas in-house systems
- Familiarity with Brisbane Base Maintenance operations (highly regarded)
