The Resource Analysis Team Manager provides strategic project management and team leadership to deliver critical business insights. This role ensures that client-specific deliverables meet business needs and supports decision-making for MIMTA’s appraisal/valuation program, asset-level transactions, stewardship, loan compliance, harvest analysis, client reporting, and ad-hoc requests for client assets in North America.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of resource analysts, ensuring high-quality output and professional development.

  • Oversee the production of client deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

  • Evaluate and report year-over-year asset variances for each client, focusing on timber inventory volume and value changes.

  • Collaborate with other resource support teams to identify and communicate inventory and area variances that may impact downstream decisions.

  • Minimize business risk through business control reviews, implement new controls as needed, promote cross-training to reduce single-point failures, and ensure peer review of deliverables.

  • Provide clear, actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients through data-driven analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in resource management or related discipline. 

  • A graduate degree in a resource management discipline or business is highly desirable. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of investment property management experience with information management workflows, Esri technology platform, SQL Server or other RDBMS, and project management. 

  • Knowledge in areas of resource information, appraisals, acquisitions, dispositions, management plans, and budgets.

  • Demonstrated ability in a leadership role.

  • Must have strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Must have strong service and customer support orientation.

  • Must be a team player and a team builder.

  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills

Salary range is expected to be between

$86,025.00 USD - $154,845.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
