Ellasot Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Oil and gas company seeking a competent, detailed oriented ,experienced Reservoir Engineer(Senior Level) with 18-26 years of experience to support its portfolio of oil & gas reservoir assets.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for providing high level technical leadership across Reservoir engineering activities, support strategic field development decisions, optimize hydrocarbon recovery and collaborate with multidisciplinary team including Geo science, Petroleum Engineering,Production,Drilling wells and facilities

The Key Responsibilities

Lead collaborative projects with engineers on teams to analyze field performance and advise on improving recovery

Proactively engage with business stakeholders to address challenges, deliver solutions, and drive process improvements

Drive team engagement with technical experts to generate insights based on analysis of data, analytical & numerical models

Lead engineering teams and provide effective guidance to team members

Develop the technical capabilities of team members through training and coaching

Integrate with adjacent disciplines such as wells, development planning, geo science, etc. to implement field development plans

Proactively engage with business and technical stakeholders, to identify challenges, develop solutions and drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with technical expert to generate actionable insights from reserviour,production and subsurface datasets

Lead Technical workshops, peer reviews and knowledge sharing sessions

Ensure Reservoir engineering activities comply with applicable company standards,industry best practices,HSE requirements and HSE expectations

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in petroleum /chemical/ mechanical/other relevant engineering disciplines
Minimum 8 years of experience in Reservoir Engineering
Experience in leading teams and integrated reservoir projects
Experience in performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of reservoir development
Strong knowledge of reservoir engineering concepts
Strong fundamental understanding/experiences in fluid mechanics, porous media flow, and computational fluid dynamics
Experience with Engineering Applications such as IPM, Eclipse, Petrel RE, Intersect or CMG
Strong fundamental Understanding of Fluid Mechanics,porous media flow and computational fluid dynamics

Skills Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in petroleum, chemical, mechanical, or other relevant engineering discipline
18-26 years of experience (stated in header)
Minimum 8 years of experience in Reservoir Engineering (stated in requirements)
Experience in leading teams and integrated reservoir projects
Experience in performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of reservoir development
Strong knowledge of reservoir engineering concepts
Strong understanding/experience in fluid mechanics, porous media flow, and computational fluid dynamics
