We are searching for local, highly gifted, experienced, and dedicated Reservationist for our Sports & Entertainment division whose performance is exemplary and their standards for service exceeds everyday expectations!

Responsibilities and Duties

Provides 5 Star Guest Service to current and future Sports & Entertainment guests.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional Sales Experience both client-facing and telephonic sales a plus
  • Previous Reservation & Guest Services Experience
  • Smartphone/tablet/technology savvy
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Must be 21 years or older (Not Montana or Hawaii)
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred
  • Work schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 7pm during weekdays, 9am to 5pm on Saturday

Basic Requirements (not an exhaustive list):

    • 3-5 Years experience as a guest support specialist.
    • Ability to and proven track record of driving sales and marketing through various field teams effectively and successfully; both local and multi-location teams
    • Ability to perform sales and operations for both local and national locations
    • Ability to work individually or within a team environment
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
    • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License (as mandated by state and location) 
    • Proof of Auto Insurance/Insurability
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
    • Excellent problem resolution
    • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

*Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.
