Role
- As a Reservations Executive, you will serve as a key point of contact for our discerning guests and trade partners, ensuring a seamless reservation experience across Aman’s luxury resort portfolio.
- Your exceptional communication abilities and attention to detail will drive sales, enhance guest satisfaction, and uphold Aman’s commitment to excellence.
- This role also includes providing personalized concierge services and generating insightful reports to support operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Close sales effectively while up-selling and cross-selling to maximize opportunities and meet individual sales and reservations targets for room nights and revenue.
- Support team members in achieving collective goals and maintaining service quality.
- Ensure all reservation inquiries are addressed promptly and in line with Aman’s standards.
- Maintain accuracy in data entry and ensure systems are aligned with established SOPs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve reservation processes in collaboration with the team and resorts.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of Aman’s product offerings, key selling points, and differentiators.
- Stay current on company updates, industry trends, and operational best practices.
- Consistently follow and refine SOPs to ensure the highest levels of service quality.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on conversion, occupancy, and availability.
- Assist in generating ad hoc production, occupancy, and revenue reports upon request.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality is preferred. Proficiency in Opera, Salesforce, or similar systems is highly advantageous. Proficiency in English and Japanese (written and spoken) is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect across cultures. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player with a commitment to excellence and achieving goals.
