This role will sit in our Phoenix office. There will be an opportunity for remote work, but you must be commutable to one of this location.

Job Summary:
The Researcher is an integral part of the team; included in all team meetings and responsible for supporting A&F Phoenix initiatives and daily function. This role will work closely with Recruiters to make sure that our clients and candidates are receiving the absolute best service.
Responsibilities of the Researcher include but are not limited to, research and lead generation, subject matter expertise on company CRM and related research tools, as well as various administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate should have either a bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment. s. Proficiency with the following software and computer skills: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive. And the ability to learn new software quickly and meet strict timelines for various projects.
You should be a highly motivated, accountable, high integrity, self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for the business.
