As part of your role, you will:
- Conduct cutting-edge research and develop novel AI algorithms, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision-Language Models (VLMs), and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Design, implement, and evaluate deep learning models for various applications, including advanced computer vision tasks.
- Contribute to the entire research lifecycle, from theoretical exploration and experimental design to proof-of-concept development and integration into our products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to translate research prototypes into robust and scalable solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research, contributing to publications and internal knowledge sharing.
- M.Sc degree from a prominent academic institute in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent).
- Proven industry or research experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision-Language Models (VLMs), and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of deep learning, particularly for computer vision tasks.
- Excellent programming skills, with strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Familiarity with the HuggingFace Transformers library and ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability for independent research, problem-solving, and self-learning.
- Experience with deployment of AI models to production environments.
- Familiarity with other deep learning platforms (e.g., Pytorch, Keras).
