Essential Functions:

  • Coordinates and manages research projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and budgets, and collaborates with project team members to identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • Conducts literature reviews, data analysis, and other research activities as needed to support project objectives. Prepares project reports, presentations, and other deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to research projects.
  • Assists in developing, planning, coordinating, and teaching training sessions for research faculty, staff, and students.

  • Initiation and innovation required with ability to research questions and problems, then document and support conclusions.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions without direct supervision.

  • Software skills to prepare presentations, announcements, etc.
