We are a tight-knit team of 4 UX researchers, and we’re looking for a dedicated Research Operations Specialist to take our operations to the next level!
If you want to:
- Partner with researchers to handle the operational side of the participants' recruitment, ensuring we have the right people for each study;
- Build and maintain a cutting-edge research repository for organized, easily accessible insights;
- Oversee GDPR and privacy compliance, including secure data storage and proactive compliance management;
- Manage research tools, from budgeting to selecting the most effective solutions;
- Lead initiatives to enhance UX research processes, continuously improving our work efficiency.
And you can check off:
- 2+ years in operations management (or a similar role), with a strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for smooth stakeholder management;
- Detail-oriented and organized, with experience in defining and optimizing processes;
- Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Bonus points if you:
- Understand the UX research function;
- Are familiar with tools like participant management and scheduling systems, research repositories, Confluence, and Jira;
- Have experience managing compliance and legal obligations.
