About the Role

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing, strategizing, and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our research lab, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This person drives efficiency, manages resources, and fosters collaboration across departments to enhance overall productivity and success.

This is a full-time, onsite position with the flexibility to provide evening or weekend coverage in the event of an emergency. This role supports research lab operations — it does not involve conducting research directly.

Key Responsibilities

The salary range for this position is $86,334 – $125,184 based on total years of related experience and internal pay equity considerations
