Alongside project delivery, you'll help shape new research methodologies, experiment with AI-enabled tools and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our research offering.

  • Collaborate closely with research, editorial, commercial and project management teams throughout the research process, proactively sharing expertise, mentoring junior colleagues, strengthening relationships with research partners and contributing to the continuous development of the team's research capability
  • Act as a trusted research adviser to clients, providing expert guidance on research design, questionnaire development, analytical methodologies and interpretation of findings, while leading client relationships throughout the research lifecycle where appropriate
  • Leverage AI and emerging research technologies to streamline research workflows, enhance analytical capabilities and support the continuous development of innovative research methodologies, products and best practice across the team
  • Lead team and company initiatives, proactively working towards team KPIs and personal career objectives

Required skills and experience

  • A minimum of five years’ experience managing complex quantitative research projects within a research agency, consultancy or similar environment
  • Demonstrable experience of conducting a range of advanced statistical analysis on survey data
  • You may currently/previously have worked as a Quantitative Research Manager, Senior Research Executive, Research Consultant, Insights Manager etc. within a research agency or consultancy (e.g. Ipsos, Kantar etc.) where you've designed and managed large-scale quantitative research programmes and delivered advanced statistical analysis
  • Technical tool proficiency: Decipher (or comparable survey tool), Google Workspace, Statistical analysis packages (SPSS, Q, R, Python or comparable)

What we are looking:

  • Passionate about designing robust quantitative research and using data to uncover meaningful, commercially relevant insight
  • Comfortable explaining statistical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proactive, with the confidence to challenge thinking and recommend the most appropriate research approach
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
