Key responsibilities:
Contributes towards developing the business strategy of the service line/function by developing "team/unit” business plan and cascading to reporting teams. Develops and participates in reviews and improvement of 'team/unit' performance MIS.
Undertake necessary preparation for client reviews or support the functional head in preparation for client reviews. Is proactive and systematic to avoid client escalations / issues and promptly resolve and/or appropriately channel any escalations. Leads or assists in developing proposals, requisite services or solutions to increase business from existing clients in conjunction with the account manager
Actions and implements various strategic initiatives such as quality improvement/measurement, automation etc. Contributes in ensuring current service offerings are continuously upgraded with innovative solutions that are market oriented and enable the function to continuously climb the value chain
Stay abreast of relevant competitor information and share it with the corporate planning team and other teams as applicable
Develops and coaches team members.
