Research Manager – Employee Experience Insights & Strategies (Memphis, TN or Remote in USA)
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other methodologies
- Design and execute research strategies—from methodology selection to data analysis and storytelling
- Manage a dynamic portfolio of projects, balancing both strategic initiatives and ongoing (evergreen) programs
- Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence leaders and guide decision-making
- Partner closely with stakeholders across HR, employee experience, and the business to identify needs and deliver solutions
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions to socialize insights and drive adoption
- Collaborate with external vendors and research partners to enhance capabilities and outcomes
- Ensure the highest standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and ethical research practices

- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools
