Role Responsibilities: -
- Conduct extensive secondary research for scoping of projects, benchmarking, analysis, and creating client deliverables on Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
- Use various databases and non-databases sources to garner relevant information for the research, including, market/business size, competitors, channel partners, and customers analyse market trends, insights, opportunities, and challenges across industries.
- Ability to work independently with a keen focus on driving the execution of secondary research projects
- Understand customer requirements, design assessment, recommend areas of improvement, and facilitate solution deployment
- Liaising with teams globally on calls and through various online channels on information collected through secondary research
- Summarizing the information available and in producing a database
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Actively seek feedback on the research done in daily feedback meetings with Manager
Capability Statement: -
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to secondary research and an understanding of databases like Factiva, Hoovers, S&P Capital etc will be desirable
- Experience of MS Office, MS Powerpoint and MS excel is the must
- Apart from English and Hindi, knowledge of one additional language is a must
- Should have a process driven approach
- Ability to work well and deliver under pressure.

- Experience and qualifications required:
Qualification: -
- Any post graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in Secondary Research
