What You'll Do:
- Learn about Synthego's RNA synthesis, purification, and analysis processes
- Learn how to operate and develop new analytical methods, including high-performance liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, and next-generation sequencing
- Learn the manufacturing workflow of synthetic RNA
- Use experimental design principles
- Perform data analysis and present findings
- Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with industry professionals
- Opportunity to participate in networking events and company meetings
About You:
- Pursuing a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, or other similar degrees
- Interest in learning about synthetic RNA/DNA
- Interest in learning about process & assay development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Ability to work for 10 weeks within a period in June to August
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with working in labs
- Experience with Python
- Good presentation skills
- Experience with pipetting
