Opened in 2018, our Turkey office operates as the R&D arm of Rapsodo. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular research across technology news platforms, developer communities, social media, forums, research publications, and employer review websites.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, AI developments, and competitor activities relevant to R&D teams.
- Research how Rapsodo is represented across public platforms and summarize findings for internal stakeholders.
- Benchmark competitor engineering organizations, hiring strategies, technical initiatives, and employer branding activities.
- Consolidate research findings into clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations.
- Share periodic research summaries with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Track developer community discussions, technical events, conferences, and innovation trends relevant to the business.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, summarize large volumes of information, and identify recurring themes and insights.
- Maintain a structured repository of research materials and industry intelligence.
- Support ad-hoc research projects requested by R&D leadership.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into meaningful insights.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with AI-powered research tools (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or similar) is considered a plus.
- Interest in technology, software development, AI, and innovation.
