We are looking for a Research & Insights Intern or Junior Strategy & Insights Analyst to join our Strategy & Insights team - a group working at the intersection of business, culture, innovation, and design.
In this role, you will explore markets, analyze industries, decode trends, and support the development of strategic thinking that informs brands, organizations, and experiences.
You will work closely with strategists, consultants, designers, and creative technologists to transform research into insight and insight into direction.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, structured in thinking, and excited about understanding how businesses, brands, and societies evolve.

As part of the Strategy & Insights team, you will contribute to projects across industries including innovation ecosystems, hospitality, asset development, retail, F&B brands, technology, and culture.
Your work will include:
- Conducting market research, industry analysis, and competitive mapping
- Exploring innovation ecosystems, emerging technologies, and cultural trends
- Supporting the development of strategic frameworks and insights
- Synthesizing complex information into clear narratives and visual presentations
- Contributing to studies, reports, and thought leadership initiatives
- Supporting research for client strategy, branding, and innovation projects
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, strategic decks, and insights reports
- Monitoring global trends across business, technology, design, and culture

Required
- Degree (or current studies) in Business, Economics, Marketing, Social Sciences, Data, International Relations, or related fields

- Ability to structure information and synthesize insights
- Strong writing and communication skills in English
- Curiosity about business, brands, innovation, and culture
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Familiarity with PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Advanced skills on Excel / Google Sheets
Nice to have
- Experience with research, consulting, or strategy-related academic projects
- Interest in innovation ecosystems, startups, or emerging technologies
- Familiarity with AI-powered research tools
