Job Title: Research Executive

Role Overview
As a Research Executive at Kantar, you will support the execution of market research projects across various sectors. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone with some experience in research who is ready to grow their capabilities in client servicing, data analysis, and project coordination. You'll work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth project delivery and meaningful insights.
Role Description
Project Support & Execution: Assist in the end-to-end execution of research projects—questionnaire development, fieldwork coordination, data checks, and basic analysis
Client Servicing: Support in maintaining client communication and help prepare client-ready presentations and reports under the guidance of senior team members.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct initial analysis of quantitative data using tools like Excel, SPSS, or dashboards and contribute to insight generation.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as fieldwork, data processing, and senior researchers to meet project timelines.
Quality Assurance: Maintain accuracy in data entry, charting, and documentation, ensuring deliverables meet company standards.
Learning & Development: Stay updated with market research trends and tools; actively participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in market research or related discipline preferred.
Basic knowledge of research methodologies and tools.
Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with SPSS or other statistical software is a plus.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under supervision.
Strong team orientation and willingness to learn.
