Kantar is looking for a Research Executive to support our top global clients across diverse markets.
This is a Dubai-based role that empowers you to take responsibility for delivering client projects.
Your responsibilities:

Research design: understand clients needs and business objectives based on client briefing meetings; define the adequate research approach (sample design, methodology, research instruments).

Analysis & reporting: produce effective proposals, reporting, presentations, with the support of a senior where applicable; commit to outstanding and punctual client deliverables through client engagement, thorough & accurate analysis, well structured report writing, etc.

Project management: Manage project delivery cycle from start to end; supervising key project activities and milestones, collaborating with other teams as needed to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables to the client.

Client management: Day to day client interaction and relationship building, understanding business needs and identifying new opportunities; ensure proactive and responsive communication.
The skills & experience you'll need:

Passionate and curious about consumer behaviour and market insights.

Good understanding of quantitative research methodologies.
-
University level degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Psychology, Statistics, or any other relevant field.

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a close attention to detail.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in English.

Curiosity to learn and explore new ideas.
-
A proactive self-starter as well as a collaborative team member.
