As a Research Executive, you will support the delivery of market research projects across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with Senior Research Executives and managers, you will help design surveys, manage project execution, analyze data, and translate findings into meaningful insights for clients.

This role is ideal for someone with approximately 1 year of experience in market research who is eager to develop strong analytical, storytelling, and client management skills.

  • Support the execution of quantitative research projects from project setup through final reporting.
  • Assist in questionnaire design and survey programming preparation for Brand Health, Usage & Attitude (U&A), Customer Experience, and other ad hoc research studies.
  • Conduct data checking, cleaning, and basic analysis to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Develop tables, charts, and presentation materials that communicate key findings clearly.
  • Translate research results into actionable insights and recommendations with guidance from senior team members.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Support report writing and presentation development for client deliverables.
  • Stay informed on market research methodologies and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Job Description

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or a related field.
  • Understanding of quantitative research methodologies and survey-based research.
  • Experience or exposure to questionnaire design, particularly for Brand Health and U&A studies.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with SPSS, Q, Decipher, or other market research tools is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced research setting.
  • Interest in consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Strong storytelling mindset and ability to connect data with business implications.
  • Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across different markets.
  • Team-oriented with a positive and growth-focused attitude.
