Qualifications:
- A PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a strong emphasis on AI and machine learning.
- 3-5 years of experience in a research or product development role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in a startup.
- Demonstrated leadership with a record of driving project completion and guiding technical teams.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with other programming languages, along with a history of working with AI development frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly and to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with a talent for conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and synthesizing diverse perspectives into a unified strategy.
