About the Role
The Advisors Research Center (ARC) is a global team of researchers within Mastercard delivering comprehensive research services to Mastercard's clients.
As a research consultant on the ARC team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end research process and delivering critical insights to our clients.
Candidates for this position should have a solid foundation of experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
This role is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and curious individuals to grow their research skills and gain experience working on a wide range of projects spanning multiple industries.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience at a research agency or in an in-house research role contributing to the design and execution of end-to-end custom research (i.e. screeners, discussion guides, survey questionnaires, scripting, analysis and development of deliverables)
Experience with online survey software such as Qualtrics and DisplayR
Proficiency with at least one statistical software tool (SPSS, Q, SAS, R, Matlab) to support data-driven insights
Demonstrated experience conducting research across a range of methodologies and approaches (e.g. U&A, Conjoint/ Discrete Choice, Concept tests, MaxDiff, Driver's Analysis, Segmentation Analysis, etc...)
Experience taking data to develop research findings into strategic insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Some experience and interest in learning quantitative research is preferred.
Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required; knowledge of Project Management tools preferred

Toronto Base Salary Range: 97,000-131,000 CAD
