Job Summary
In this role, you will be part of an ambitious interdisciplinary team that develops enzymes enabling healthier food and more sustainable production. Our focus is on enzymes for food applications, with emphasis on bakery, brewery, dairy, and plant-based foods.
What You’ll Do
- Perform biochemical characterization of enzymes
- Evaluate enzyme candidates in food model systems
- Analyze, evaluate, and report test results
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Educational background as a trained Laboratory Technician, or relevant university-level degree
- Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques and equipment
- Strong analytical skills
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Collaborative mindset
Skills in enzymology and/or protein chemistry are a strong advantage.
