Senior/Principal Scientist:
10+ years of experience in CRO with hands-on experience in LCMS/Prep. HPLC/NMR/HPLC method development for NCE Molecules in analytical scale.
Proficiency in various purification techniques.
Strong understanding of various column chemistries.
Skilled in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration.
Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of motivated young scientists.
Provide guidance and support across different shifts to ensure the timely delivery of analytical data to the chemistry team.
Ready to work closely with motivated scientists, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
Have a passion for Prep. HPLC/LCMS /NMR/HPLC analysis and characterization techniques, as well as being open to continuous learning and education.
Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people in other departments.
Creative thinking to spot new techniques and growth opportunities.
Be highly organized with the ability to work independently as well as maintain team cohesion in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required
- 2-5 years experience handling LC-MS/Prep HPLC method development for NCE molecules (analytical scale)
- 6-15 years experience in CRO with hands-on LC-MS method development for NCE molecules
- Proficiency in various purification techniques and different column chemistries
- Hands-on experience operating chromatographic instruments of different makes
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of instruments
- Ability and willingness to work second and night shifts
- Lead, train, coach, and mentor junior scientists (for senior/principal levels)
- Fluent oral and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams
- Passion for Prep HPLC/LC-MS analysis, continuous learning, creativity, and integrity/confidentiality
