Position Details:
As part of the Strategic Data Initiatives team, you will report to Director of Program Management and Operations, MEL Core. You will support the MEL core and collaborate with other internal and external teams on a variety of new and existing research initiatives. You will support projects, that will vary in nature depending on priorities set by leadership at a given time, ranging from data collection with children and parents, literature searches and behavioral data analysis, research project development and implementation. Furthermore, you will collaborate with others to produce and disseminate publications. This is a non-exempt, full-time, hybrid position located in our NYC headquarters office. This position requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office, on a schedule determined by your supervisor. The in-office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization.
You Will:
Support study implementation, coordination and data collection with research participants.
Facilitate drafting and monitoring study protocols and related documentation
Format, design and build online assessments in multiple platforms including REDCap and Curious.
Conduct and summarize scientific literature review, support data organization and analyses, result interpretation, and drafting of reports or manuscripts for publication.
Attend and present at team meetings.
Provide administrative support for research project operations.
Perform additional job-related duties as needed, with or without reasonable accommodations.
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Neuroscience, Engineering, or other related scientific fields.
1 year of prior clinical and/or research experience including undergraduate research experience.
Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Suite.

Pay Range
The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
