We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive analyst to support our cargo tracking operations across multiple regions. This role is ideal for someone with strong data handling skills, and a keen interest in global energy flows.
Key ResponsibilitiesLNG Tracking & Analysis- Execute and maintain LNG tracking codes on a daily basis.
- Clean and validate voyage data to ensure accuracy.
- Publish the LNG Voyage Tracker twice weekly
- Maintain and update the Ship Matrix and Port Matrix databases.
- Coordinate with mapping teams to add polygons for new regasification and liquefaction terminals using location coordinates.
- Perform LNG reconciliation for Japan, South Korea, China, and the broader APAC region.
- NamWab Report Processing: Manage and process NamWab reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standard.
- Respond to internal and external LNG-related queries.
- Testing for Trading Analytics Platform: Participate in the testing and validation of the Trading Analytics Platform, ensuring functionality and performance meet business requirements.
- Generate daily and weekly Rhine barge movement reports.
- Support tracking of crude cargoes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure coverage and continuity.
- Assist in tracking Russian crude flows, including:
- Drawing polygons for terminal and route validation.
- Cross-checking data against AOS (Automated Observation System).
- Finalizing and submitting data for publication.
- Strong Python skills
- Strong Excel and data cleaning skills.
- Familiarity with global LNG and crude markets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Excellent communication skills for handling internal and external queries.
