We are seeking a Research Associate to support research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experiments for diagnostic and cytology-based projects. This role involves designing and executing experimental protocols, analyzing results, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with GMP, GLP, and Design Control standards. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute laboratory experiments and protocols with minimal supervision.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses; maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution.
- Train team members and ensure adherence to quality and documentation standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and identify innovative solutions.
- Present experimental results and findings to team members and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant laboratory experience in R&D or manufacturing environments.
- Experience with laboratory techniques, experimental design, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and laboratory documentation practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling cytology specimens and preparing cytology slides.
- Hands-on experience with Hologic T2000 or BD Totalys cytology systems.
- Ability to review scientific literature and apply technical knowledge to projects.
