Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate: $23 - $38/hr on W2

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experiments to support projects.
- Apply technical expertise to design, execute, and interpret experiments aligned with project strategies.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
- Present and discuss experimental results within the department and project teams.
- Maintain a high level of scientific expertise by reviewing relevant literature and participating in conferences or professional societies.
- Follow all applicable GMP, GLP, Design Control, and company policies.
- Maintain complete, accurate laboratory documentation and electronic records.
- Act as a principal investigator when conducting independent experiments.
- Designs a wide range of experimental protocols.
- Executes bench experiments; makes detailed and general observations and analyzes data.
- Identifies and implements improvements to work processes and laboratory environment.
Qualifications:
B.S./B.A. in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
