- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and source credible secondary data from academic, governmental, and industry databases
- Help draft research reports, executive summaries, presentations, and other project deliverables
- Coordinate fieldwork logistics, including stakeholder outreach, scheduling interviews, and managing participant communications
- Ensure all research data and findings are handled with strict confidentiality and proper documentation
- Contribute to data interpretation and the generation of actionable insights that inform client recommendations
- Maintain organized digital and physical project files, databases, and record-keeping systems
- Provide administrative and operational support to the research team to ensure seamless project delivery
- Stay current on emerging trends in research methodologies, industry developments, and relevant policy changes
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
