What You’ll Do- Assist in writing, debugging, and maintaining frontend code under guidance from senior developers
- Help troubleshoot and fix basic software issues
- Work closely with the development team to enhance product functionality
- Support the development of user-facing features using modern frontend technologies
- Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and development discussions
- Learn to monitor and improve the performance of web applications
- Break down assigned tasks into smaller steps with mentor support
- Follow best practices for clean code, security, and data confidentiality
- Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and frontend best practices
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field OR completion of relevant IT / frontend development courses or similar experience
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Good React knowledge (TypeScript is a plus)
- Understanding of web fundamentals such as responsive design and basic asynchronous operations
- Exposure to state management concepts (e.g., Redux, Context API) is a plus
- Basic familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Interest in modern UI frameworks or component libraries (e.g., MUI, AntDesign, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)
- Willingness to learn Agile development processes
- Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and accept constructive feedback
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to grow as a frontend developer
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
