Key Responsibilities:
- a) Assist in designing and implementing quantitative research studies, including surveys.
b) Help with data cleaning, data tabulation and preparation for analysis.
c) Conduct basic statistical analyses using tools such as SPSS, Q software.
d) Create data visualizations / Dashboard using platforms such as DataLion, Display R, PowerBi or similar & prepare charts and graphs for reports.
e) Support senior researchers in interpreting and presenting research findings.
f) Assist in writing research reports and creating client presentations.
g) Stay up to date with industry trends and new research methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Statistics, Economics).
- Minimum 1 year experience in custom research methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (SPSS, Q Research) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in client-facing roles and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to derive strategic insights from research data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible work hours to align with team communication needs.
- Detail-oriented with high-quality standards.
