Responsibilities

  • Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
  • Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature
  • Participate in and independently conducting internal and external interviews
  • Identify implications and “so-whats” of data and provide analysis
  • Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
  • Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data
  • Define and deconstruct problems
  • Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses
  • Gather and analyze information and data
  • Formulate and test hypotheses
  • Develop and communicate recommendations

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree 
  • Experience: 0-1 year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and internship
  • Experience in Management Consulting a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Mandarin
  • Active listening
  • Critical thinking
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
