Role SummaryThe Research Analyst produces timely, high-quality client reports by conducting research and analyzing media data efficiently. Working closely with team leads and fellow analysts, this role ensures all client briefs are met with strong technical accuracy, sharp insights, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities1. Quality & Output AccuracyConduct research and produce error-free client reports aligned with agreed quality, formatting, and style standards.
Maintain comprehensive coverage of data based on specific client requirements.
Stay up to date on developments in assigned client accounts, socio-political-economic current events, and industry trends.
Review and apply feedback from clients and team leads to continuously improve report quality.
Monitor data health by identifying irrelevant posts, missing data, or unusual volume shifts.
Conduct self-quality checks (Self-QC) on native language reports.
Consistently meet internal and client deadlines for all deliverables.
Proactively put measures in place to prevent production delays.
Identify and share best practices to optimize production time while maintaining high data quality.
Suggest workflow and process improvements to team leads.
Comply with company policies, administrative duties, and the Corporate Code of Conduct.
Maintain strong, respectful working relationships across cross-cultural teams.
Education: Degree/Post-graduate degree in Communications, Communications Research, Business, or related Social Sciences.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in research with a solid grasp of socio-political-economic current events or specific industry trends.
Languages: Excellent reading, writing, and editing skills in Business English. Proficiency in local Southeast Asian languages is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and data analysis tools.
