Research Analyst Engineer

Ciklum is looking for a Research Analyst Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Research Analyst Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we support a global digital commerce company by providing content management services to ensure high-quality product information for their online retail partners. Our team focuses on creating accurate and well-structured product descriptions used for listings on major e-commerce platforms.

As part of the project, Ciklum specialists work with a wide variety of product categories — primarily hardware, software, and office equipment, with occasional assignments related to consumer goods such as cosmetics and apparel. All content creation activities are managed through the client’s internal system, which converts product data requests into a structured backlog of tasks.

Our mission is to deliver clear, detailed, and compliant product information that enhances visibility and supports successful online sales for global retail brands.

Responsibilities:

• Internet research, data analysis, and entry of PC/network hardware and software specifications into internal databases (in English)
• Researching, gathering, organizing, editing, and writing information for web publication
• Fact-checking data and ensuring accuracy
• Ensuring content meets tone and character count guidelines
• Making corrections and suggesting edits
• Other related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Knowledge of and interest in consumer electronics (professional or personal)
• Comfortable working in English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and multitasking skills
• Basic computer hardware knowledge and willingness to learn internal systems
• Ability to search and analyze large volumes of technical information online
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Broad interest in the IT domain
