What You'll Do:
- Recruit new rescues into the program: Prospect, build target lists, and get in the door with shelters and rescue organizations nationwide, from scrappy foster-based rescues to the largest humane societies in the country
- Pitch the program: Run discovery and pitch calls that show rescue leadership how free GPS trackers and microchips prevent lost dog events and protect the dogs they've worked hard to save
- Own onboarding end to end: Be each new partner's main point of contact from signing up to fully live: first order, device setup, team training, and their first dogs protected. Hand off a healthy partner to the account team
- Run webinars: Host recurring onboarding and program webinars that convert interested rescues into active partners at scale
- Represent Fi in the rescue world: Attend rescue conferences, adoption events, and industry gatherings as the face of the program
- Run your pipeline like an operator: Keep the CRM clean, forecast your numbers, and report on recruitment, onboarding velocity, and adoption-transfer performance. You'll be measured on results, not activity
- Feed the roadmap: Bring what you hear from the rescue community back to product and ops so the program keeps getting better
What You'll Bring:
- Genuine belief in rescue, dogs, and technology, all three, no exceptions, with a drive to prove tech can save dogs' lives
- Time on the ground at a rescue, whether as staff, a volunteer, or a close partner, and a real understanding of their constraints: volunteer labor, tight budgets, chaos, and hearts fully in it
- A natural feel for selling and presenting, equally comfortable pitching leadership, hosting a webinar for 50 rescues, or working a booth at a conference
- An analytical, numbers-first instinct, tracking pipeline and conversion rates and letting data decide where time goes
- Speed picking up new tools (CRM, AI tools, internal systems) and patience teaching non-technical partners how to use ours
- A build for pace, ready for a fast-moving startup with constant context switching and real ownership from week one
- Bonus: already networked in the rescue community, with doors that open on day one

What We Do
Fi is rethinking the relationship between dogs and humans. We build products for your dog to live their best life. We are full of experienced, passionate people that have built and shipped outstanding products for Nest, Square, Google and Uber who all care about their dogs. Together, we're bringing a digital revolution to the dog space. Today's collars and leashes are relics from the past; nothing has changed since the 80's. We're using technology to improve the dog space and affect the lives of the 100 million dogs living in the US for the better. The hardest part about being a dog owner is they can't tell you when something is wrong. Fi aims to change that; even by knowing what their 'normal' day of activity is, we're already learning so much more about our dogs than we ever could before. And we're not stopping there. We're looking for people to join us who love a good challenge—and of course, dogs. We set the bar high at Fi. In our world, "impossible" means "let me find a way".
