Primary Function:
Audit real estate related paperwork to ensure accurate and timely disclosure to buyers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Minimize Cartus legal and financial exposure by auditing disclosures, home inspections, listing agreements and other legal documents for data integrity and accuracy, based on legal, state, and company compliance guidelines
- Analyze reports to determine appropriate follow up actions concerning disclosure documents
- Notify Client Services Consultants of process delays due to incomplete information
- Notify the appropriate in-house recipients of urgent items in a timely and efficient manner
- Correctly upload and label all necessary disclosure documents in ATLAS
- Correctly enter data into Homesale, ATLAS and database
- Assist with on-going process design and improvements
- Forward disclosure documents to appropriate real estate contact and confirm receipt
- Archive e-mails and other sensitive materials

Qualifications/Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Customer service background preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated proficiency in a Windows environment (Outlook & Microsoft Office Suite)

Skills Required
