Resource Coordinators assist the Real Estate Services team and the Operations Team with administrative tasks. We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented team members with strong technical competency to join our Real Estate Services team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Upload real estate documents to ensure systems integrity & policy compliance
- Process real estate related tasks submitted to central router box. Tasks include inputting information into Cartus computer system, and following up on outstanding or outdated paperwork/information
- Collaborate with internal support departments, operations, and broker partners to provide an excellent service experience
- Support Operations/RES with administrative responsibilities and agent communication as needed.
- Complete other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications/Selection Criteria:
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
- 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in a Windows environment (Outlook & Microsoft Office Suite)
