About the Role:
As a Requirements Analyst Manager supporting our Federal government client in contact center infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire requirements review process, ensuring that requests from various business units are captured. This involves coordinating with business units to establish an understanding of the requests and the needs. This role will oversee a team of contractors currently performing this function.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Manage product requirements in accordance with IRS Requirements Engineering Program Office (REPO) policies, procedures, and methodologies
  • Capture and analyze contact center business requirements
  • Decompose business requirements to a granular level, suitable for developing technical specifications and document them in Agile Epic/Story format
  • Identify and document requirements use cases
  • Formulate and document requirements acceptance criteria
  • Review and assess test plan and test cases for requirements validation suitability
  • Maintain and manage requirements with end-to-end traceability using the IRS Enterprise Life-Cycle Management (ELM) tool
  • Draft required artifacts for Enterprise Life-Cycle (ELC) REPO compliance
  • Coordinate REPO requirements repository audits
  • Address issues identified by REPO requirements repository audits
  • Assess IRS Reusable Enterprise Level Requirements (RELRs) for product release applicability and coordinate as appropriate concurrence with RELRs owners

Location:
You will work as part of a remote team.
Required Experience/Skills: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Adept with advanced IT principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices sufficient to accomplish assignments such as: capturing technical requirements, decomposing requirements, test and validation, tracking and organizing requirements in line with Agile project management best practices
  • Expertise with Agile project management with special emphasis on Epic/Story creation and documentation
  • Experience with multiple Agile software suites. 
  • Expert level of briefings creation and presentation to senior management officials on complex/controversial issues.
  • Expert level oral and written communication. Ability to communicate complex technical requirements to non-technical personnel.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Knowledge of contact center operations and related technologies
  • Agile project management certification(s)
  • Preexisting IRS or Treasury clearance with MBI letter.
