Job Description

1. 零件選型與評估： - 根據產品需求，選擇合適的零件，並提出建議或應用上需要注意的事項。

- 進行零件的技術評估，確保其規格符合產品要求。

2. 零件承認：   - 制定並執行零件承認Checklist，確保零件符合規格要求。  - 對於負責零件熟悉製程、架構、市場趨勢及應用。  

- 依據發展及使用，對零件屬性有能力去判斷調整、優化與持續的流程

改善並具備創新思維。

3. 零件管理與維護：  - 建立並維護零件資料庫，確保零件信息的準確性及完整性。  

- 能與客戶溝通零件規格需求，跟進調整及維護系統架構。  

- 透過自我學習，持續提升零件熟悉度與相關知識。

4. 問題解決與改進：  - 針對零件使用過程中出現的問題，進行分析並能給出具體的建議。  

- 持續改進零件選型，提高工作效率及產品品質。

5. 跨部門合作： - 依據物料狀態，EoL，Quality Issue，Shortage，Multi-Source需求，規劃2nd source導入前的試產(batch Run)流程及協調相關部門確保試產順利進行。
