About the Position
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing information, working with databases, processing documents, and ensuring quality and accuracy behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Process and organize project-related documents and correspondence.
- Perform accurate data entry into company databases.
- Conduct quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews of documents and records.
- Scan, file, and maintain electronic records.
- Verify information for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with routine administrative tasks and special projects.
- Communicate professionally with internal team members as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software and database systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Prior administrative or office experience is preferred but not required.
