We are seeking a skilled and proactive Reputation Marketing Manager to enhance and protect our brand’s reputation across various online platforms. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing our online reputation by handling, monitoring, and strategically distributing positive reviews. Your efforts will ensure our brand maintains a strong, positive presence in all relevant markets, particularly in LATAM.
What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance brand reputation and credibility across digital platforms.
- Manage and distribute positive reviews in various formats to maximize visibility and impact.
- Identify and evaluate new review platforms to expand reach and ensure well-rounded reputation management.
- Continuously monitor online reviews, brand mentions, and sentiment trends to proactively address potential reputation risks.
- Create and implement response strategies for negative reviews, transforming challenges into opportunities for brand improvement.
- Design initiatives to boost NPS and strategically increase the volume of positive mentions across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified brand voice and a consistent reputation management approach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) and Search Engine Reputation Management (SERM).
- Strong skills in monitoring and analyzing reviews, and creating compelling content that resonates with our audience.
- Ability to respond promptly and effectively to reviews, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to managing the company’s reputation, ensuring that our brand is positively represented at all times.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
