- Operate reprographic equipment including large‑format printers, scanners, copiers, and plotters.
- Print, scan, bind, and reproduce construction drawings, blueprints, and project documents according to specifications.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and meet quality standards before distribution.
- Manage digital files, including naming conventions, file conversions (PDF, TIFF, DWG, etc.), and organization within document control systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on reprographics equipment to ensure consistent performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate service or repairs with vendors.
- Maintain inventory of paper, toner, ink, and other supplies.
- Work closely with project managers, estimators, engineers, and field teams to fulfill printing and reprographic requests.
- Provide timelines for print jobs and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist employees with document formatting, print settings, and file preparation needs.
- Review drawings for legibility, scale, and formatting accuracy.
- Verify that reproduction matches original files or specifications.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive project documents.
- Experience with large‑format printers, plotters, and scanning equipment (e.g., Oce, KIP, HP DesignJet).
- Strong computer skills, including Adobe Acrobat, PDF editing tools, and basic CAD file handling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple print requests at once.
- Organizational skills for managing both digital and physical documents.
- Ability to lift and move print materials or large document sets.
- Prior experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or print shop environment preferred.
