As an Advanced Practice Provider in our REI clinic, you will work collaboratively with reproductive endocrinologists to provide comprehensive care to patients experiencing infertility and reproductive health issues. You will play a crucial role in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing management throughout their fertility journey.
Position Details:
Hours: 7:00 am-3:30 pm with flexibility, 5 days a week

8 MDs, 2 APP
5-6x year first call. Some remote, some onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient consultations and follow-up appointments, taking comprehensive medical histories and performing physical examinations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including hormone panels, ultrasounds, and other relevant studies.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with reproductive endocrinologists.
- Monitor and adjust medication protocols for ovulation induction and controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.
- Provide patient education on fertility treatments, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Counsel patients on genetic screening options and results.
- Collaborate with the embryology lab to coordinate in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles.
- Manage early pregnancy care for patients who have undergone fertility treatments.
- Participate in research activities and quality improvement initiatives within the REI department.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in reproductive medicine and evidence-based practices.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing (for Nurse Practitioners) or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of practice
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility setting
Minimum of 2 years of experience in women's health, obstetrics/gynecology, or a related field
Certification in women's health or advanced practice in endocrinology
Experience with ultrasound scanning and interpretation in reproductive medicine
Familiarity with fertility preservation techniques and third-party reproduction
Demonstrated interest or experience in clinical research
