Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and OEMs for day-to-day operational coordination
- Handle Global customer accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery and communication
- Respond to customer queries related to orders, pricing, delivery timelines, and invoices
- Prepare, review, and submit quotes accurately as per customer requirements and approved pricing
- Manage order processing from receipt of purchase orders to final fulfillment
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly MIS reports with internal teams and customers
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer communications
- Experience in quote preparation, order management, and invoicing
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts across regions
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/CRM tools, and reporting
- Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
- Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer’s buying history.
- Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.

Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
Qualifications:
- Holds minimum 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / Customer Operations
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, OEM, or B2B service industries
- Experience handling Global customers is an added advantage
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Working in team environment
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form
