Provides customer support, sales support, and administrative support for Treasury Services products and services.
The Hours of Operation for our Treasury Services Customer Support Center are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 7 pm. Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Monitors ACH processes and contacts customers when action needs to be taken on unauthorized ACH returns as well as repetitive ACH returns that receive no action from customer.
- Pulls ACH Credit/Risk Limit Comparison Report and ensures all items are in balance and follows procedures to make any corrections needed.
- Answers customer questions in regards to Treasury Services products and services.
- Responsible for product set up through data entry and various communications to supporting operations departments.
- Provides support to Merchant Credit Card Services department.
- Provides customer support to Remote Deposit customers.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
- Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- One (1) to two (2) years' experience preferred or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
- Prior Treasury Services or banking experience preferred.
- Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong customer service.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree preferred.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
